Jour 23 sur 60 · B1 · Expression orale
Apprenez une expression toute faite pour chaque étape d'une réunion : Let's get started (pour commencer), Can I add something? (pour participer), Let's move on to… (pour changer de sujet) et So, to sum up… (pour clôturer).
Traduire mot à mot depuis l'arabe ou le français donne I want to say a thing ou We pass to the next point. On vous comprend, mais cela sonne faux. Les expressions toutes faites ont l'air naturelles et polies.

|---|---|
| I want to say a thing. | Can I add something? |
| We pass to the next point. | Let's move on to the next point. |
| We start now the meeting. | Let's get started. |
| To resume, we need more time. | So, to sum up, we need more time. |
A: OK, let's get started. First, the new website.
B: Sorry, can I add something? The client wants it in French too.
A: Good point. Let's move on to the dates. Is June OK?
B: Yes. So, to sum up: a French version, ready in June.
Choisissez la bonne réponse. Les réponses sont à la fin de la leçon.
Attention : resume signifie start again, et non sum up. Et move on prend to avant un nom : Let's move on to the budget.
