Jour 10 sur 60 · B1 · Grammaire
Après Could you tell me…? ou Do you know…?, utilisez l'ordre des mots d'une phrase normale, sujet avant verbe : Where is the station? devient Could you tell me where the station is? Pour les questions oui/non, utilisez if : Do you know if the bank is open?
Could you tell me where is the station?

A: Excuse me, could you tell me where the station is?
B: Sure. Go straight on and turn left at the bank.
A: Thanks. Do you know if there's a train to the airport tonight?
B: I think so, but check the board at the station.
Les auxiliaires Do, does et did disparaissent aussi : What time does it start? devient Do you know what time it starts?
