Day 28 of 60 · B1 · Vocabulary
Job is countable: a job, two jobs. Work is uncountable: a lot of work, never a work or works for tasks. Career is your working life over time: a career in teaching.
Arabic عمل and French travail cover both job and work, so learners say I found a work or I have many works today. In English, work is the activity, and a job is the position you're paid for.
