Take the free level assessment for an indicative CEFR level, then book a trial lesson. In the trial we discuss your goals and recommend a course and a realistic plan.

A needs analysis (your goals, situations where you use English, time available), a short level check covering speaking and listening, and a sample activity. Afterwards you receive a written learning plan.

No. It gives an indicative CEFR estimate based on grammar, vocabulary and reading questions. Speaking and writing are assessed by the teacher in your trial lesson. For an official certificate you need a recognised exam such as IELTS, TOEIC or Cambridge English.

Lessons take place on Microsoft Teams. The link is in your booking confirmation and in your student area. You need a computer or tablet with a microphone and camera, and a stable internet connection.

Standard lessons are 60 minutes. Each package shows the lesson length before you buy.

Written lesson notes in your student area: a summary, corrections of your errors, new vocabulary with examples, homework and the objective for the next lesson.

Available times are shown in your own time zone, which you can set in your profile. Confirmation emails also show the time in your time zone.

PayPal (including cards through PayPal), instant bank transfer to Banque Populaire or Attijariwafa bank, and cash transfer through Wafacash or Cash Plus. PayPal payments are confirmed immediately; transfers are confirmed after we check them, usually within one working day.

Choose the transfer method at checkout. You will see the beneficiary details and a unique payment reference. Make the transfer, include the reference, then upload a photo of the receipt or enter the transfer code. Your lessons are added as soon as the payment is verified.

Yes. Cancel in your student area at least the number of hours stated in our cancellation policy before the lesson and it returns to your balance automatically. Then book a new time.

Yes. Each pack states its validity period clearly before you buy. Your student area shows how many lessons you have left and when they expire.

Yes, from age 12. A parent or guardian must give consent and their contact details when the account is created. Parents receive regular progress updates.
