Develops the clear, precise communication aviation requires: passenger announcements, safety briefings, handling difficult passengers, describing technical problems and plain-English communication in non-routine situations. Preparation for airline recruitment interviews can be included.
This course does not replace the radiotelephony training or official language proficiency assessment required by aviation authorities.
